Depression Counseling
Depression affects everyone differently, but a diagnosis typically involves experiencing several of the following symptoms:
- Emotional: Persistent feelings of sadness, emptiness, hopelessness, worthlessness, or excessive guilt
- Loss of Interest: A sharp decline in pleasure or interest in hobbies and activities once enjoyed
- Energy and Sleep: Chronic fatigue, low energy, insomnia, or oversleeping
- Cognitive: Difficulty thinking, concentrating, making decisions, or remembering
- Appetite: Significant, unintentional changes in weight or appetite
- Irritability: Increased frustration, restlessness, or angry outbursts

We also offer self-pay option. If you have out-of-network benefits, we are able to provide receipts for reimbursement.
