Growth & Grace LLC
Maladjustment and difficult transitions can disrupt your sense of security and leave you feeling ungrounded. Life transitions occur whenever an event forces you to leave behind a familiar routine and adapt to a new reality.
Whether the change is expected or sudden, chosen or imposed, adjusting takes significant emotional and mental energy. Therapy provides a steady anchor to help you process the stress of adaptation, redefine your identity, and build resilience.
